2. Incubation Program Terms

Participation in our incubation programs is subject to the following terms:

• Acceptance into programs is at the sole discretion of Genesis - QUIC
• Participants must comply with program requirements and milestones
• Equity arrangements will be detailed in separate agreements
• Confidentiality agreements may be required

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Genesis - QUIC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property while granting necessary licenses for program participation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Genesis - QUIC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
