Startup Policy

1. Introduction

This Startup Policy outlines the guidelines and framework for startups engaging with Genesis - QUIC. Our aim is to foster a supportive and dynamic environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Startups applying for our programs must meet the following:

• Be an early-stage or idea-stage venture with a clear problem statement and innovative solution.
• Have a dedicated team with a strong commitment to their startup.
• Be willing to actively participate in mentorship sessions, workshops, and events.
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards.

3. Program Benefits

Selected startups will receive:

• Access to mentorship from industry experts and seasoned entrepreneurs.
• Opportunities for seed funding and connections to angel investors/VCs.
• Co-working space and access to university labs/resources.
• Structured workshops and training programs.
• Networking opportunities with peers, investors, and corporate partners.

4. Equity and Funding

For startups receiving direct funding or significant resources from Genesis - QUIC, an equity stake will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Details will be outlined in a separate investment agreement. Our primary goal is to support growth, and terms will be founder-friendly.

5. Confidentiality

All sensitive information shared by startups during the application and incubation process will be treated with strict confidentiality. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) will be in place where necessary.

6. Termination of Engagement

Genesis - QUIC reserves the right to terminate engagement with a startup if there is a breach of policy, lack of progress, or non-compliance with program requirements.

7. Amendments

This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated to all engaged startups in a timely manner.
